CBA Executive Committee invites tenders for Men's National Team Head Coach position.
Main tasks:
- to work with national team with the aim to achieve best possible results at European Championship 2021
- personal participation in national team events in the Czech Republic as well as abroad
- participation in Czech Talent and Czech Baseball Coaches Clinic
- cooperation with CBA Coaching Commission and CBA Head Coach
Basic requirements on Head Coach:
- minimum of Masters coaching licence or second coaching class, or similar licence from abroad
- experience with leadership of men's team
- personal participation according to national team program (up to 40 days)
- appropriate representation of CBA
We offer:
- to cover expenses related to coaching, national team clothes and accessories to be kept
- agreed payment which will be in accordance with CBA budget possibilities
- opportunity to take part in CBA sport results

Required tender content:
1) first name, sure name and contacts of tenderer
2) baseball CV including five top coaching achievements of tenderer in position of head coach
3) proposal of national team program and its rough budget
Recommended tender content:
- proposal of national coaching team staff
- national team program in case of option contract (2022-2023)
It will be possible to introduce personally tenderer's visions to CBA Executive Committee.
Expected beginning of function is summer 2020. Expected end is 30th October 2021 (two years), with possible option contract for two years.
End of this tender is expected to be on 30th April 2020 at the latest.
CBA Executive Committee reserves the right to decide not to award the contract to any tenderer.
